A classy Italian restaurant located in Nusa which open in May of 2008. The service was very perfect to last inch. They treated you like royalty. The manager, which speaks 8 languages, comes frequently to check on us. The servant was so sweet and make sure if were enjoying our meals. The prices were very decent. I got my meal for only 7 bucks and I was satisfied. We met a yacht captain while surfing on that morning and he recommended us to try the restaurant by his hotel in Nusa and we were very content. We had a great conversation with the new guy but he had trouble understanding my Bronx accent and I as well the same with his British accent. Our dinner was amazing. We were sitting outside in the nice weather at night with flickering candles surrounding us. Very romantic to bring a special someone.

Great food and great service - straight to the point.

Facade - where the kitchen is located

Our last meal at Bali. It was 5 mins walk from our hotel at Vira. The kitchen is located in the front of the restaurant which lured us tourist into the restaurant, which is very decorated from ceiling to the floor. The restaurant is very spacious. The prices were great, nothing too crazy expensive. Drinks - well, the baby coconut didn't taste fresh and Mai tai was very diluted. As for the dishes - fish was very tasty and fatabulous, satay chicken wasn't great and noodle was decent.

Our chauffeur recommended us to have lunch by the volcano. Best recommendation ever. It's near Ubud - shopping area where you can get great bargain of plates, accessories, books, sunglasses and more. Grand Puncak Sari is surrounded by large open window with a great view of the volcano which is so beautiful. What scared me the most is that it's a buffet restaurant. I'm usually ended up not making my money worth. Ten bucks per person which doesn't make me feel that bad for not eating alot. The food is a variety of Balinese and Chinese. It wasn't as much choices compared to the Chinese buffet in New York but it was still great. The food was great and tasty and well worth it.

Watch out for the locals outside selling merchandises to the tourist. I just look straight without meeting eyes to the locals.

Basically you are having lunch or dinner while overlooking the sleepy lions on the rocks - well that what they were mostly doing. The service was very amiable. The food was mediocre. The only reason to go to this restaurant is watching the lions especially going to the female restroom or what they say ' toilet' and having the possibility of seeing a sleepy lion on the window while watching your hands.
