My coworker invited me and the rest of the coworkers to her husband's Miracle Berries Night sponsored by his awesome food blog No Recipes. At first, I was hesitant to try the berries because it comes in a tablet that was shipped from Africa, nothing wrong with that but it was foreign to me. Not a lot of people that I know were aware about the berries. As we arrived fashionly early to their downtown pad Saturday Night I was quickly awed with the pretentious living setting - it was something straight out of Will & Grace. On the metal dining table where the plates were perfectly arranged with fruits, veggies, cheese and crackers.
As for the tablet - wow. It blocked out all the sense of tardy and sour in my taste bud and make everything very sweet. There was a way to take tablet - grind the tablet and rub the paste around the tongue and then lay the rest on the bottom of the tongue for 15 mins. I tried the slice of lime and it was so delicious. Then I tried the pineapple and it was so sweet. My coworker's husband gave me lemon drop without the sugar and it was so sweet. As for the guinness beer - it was so weird because it tasted like dark cocoa. I am considering in buying the tablets and having my family to try it. Link below.
