After 24 years living in the Bronx, I finally went to Arthur Ave in the Bronx. I was shocked about the huge Italian culture that I have not known about. It is better than Little Italy in Chinatown. About 2 weeks ago, my friend took me to Umberto Clam House on the corner. Very trendy and family style environment. Two big plasma tvs were blasting the Yankees game, which I was focusing most of the time there. Food was a little bit pricey so I'll go on an occasionally event. I ordered eggplant parmigiana and it was great - very light and tasty. The best part was my dessert, lemon sorbetto, where the lemon sorbet is served in gutted out whole lemon which creates a nice presentation and yummy.

Meatball $7.95 with Linguine Red $18.95

Eggplant Parmigiana with Linguine $18.95

Lemon Sorbetto $4.95
