The first time I went to Portofino Ristortante was taking Vince on his 26th birthday. Vince decided to go to Portofino last Friday. He loves the environment and food. The restaurant has a valent parking but we managed to find a free parking right next to the restaurant. We came in to the place at 8pm on the busiest hours. We waited for our table. The owner or a guy in a well dressed suit looked like he could be an owner directed us to a table next to the man playing the piano. He apologized us for making us wait and kept calling us 'friends'. Our waiter was very humble. My appetizer was mango mai tai (mango, pineapple juice, oj, sour mix, and rum with ice in a blender) and frozen strawberry daiquiri. $7.50 each. It was a small size but reasonable.

I ordered eggplant rollatini which was good. I couldn't managed to finish it all because of the big portion for a little person like me. Vince ordered a plate with chicken. Luckily, for dessert, the waiter gave us a complimentary peach sorbet which was sooooo delicious.

Eggplant Rollatini, $14.95

$18.95
