It was formerly named as Caridad and now it's Colonial. The place is always busy. They display rotisserie chickens the front which is good marketing. They have happy hour drinks from 4-7 or 4-6, I'm assuming you need to go and check it out yourself.
My friend and I sat in the booth in the back. We received complimentary garlic bread. I ordered the Onion Steak mofongo and it was very delicious.
Check out the bathroom. It's very nice.
