In 1950, restaurant Founder Harry Rosen and Master Baker Eigel Peterson, created and produced what is now known as the World's Most Fabulous Cheesecake. The recipe has been part of the Rosen family for three generations. Most famous Junior's is at the corner of Flatbush and DeKalb Avenues in Brooklyn, at Juniors. Now, it can be in Grand Central Terminal and Times Square.
I have tried the cheesecake and it's very yummy. But on Thanksgiving, my sister bought over a red velvet cake; it's so DELICIOUS!!!
