I went to Portchester for some good South American dinner. My date took me to a Peruvian restaurant in Port chester. The only Peruvian restaurant that I know is the infmaous, Pio Pio. This restaurant was a great selection. If you don't know about Port Chester then you need to experience it for yourself. It's a town where you have a ton of selections for Brazilian, Mexican and Peruvian foods.
Fine Peruvian Cruisine is a nice place. The ambiance is very traditional but comfy. The service was good. The price is reasonable. And the food is delicious.

Bisteck A lo Pobre (Steak served with rice, eggs, & fried sweet plantains) - $16
Grilled Chicken with Peruvian style spaghetti sauce and scallion - $10.50
