All-you-can-eat-ribs
Another lunch at Simpson Bay. I was intrigued by the restaurant in an old boat. We sat on the upper deck, which was very windy. It was a quiet day. I wasn't as hungry so I ordered a bucket of fries and strawberry daiquiri since they didn't have passion fruit daiquiri. The guy didn't understand me when I ordered my drink - wasn't sure if I had a strong New York accent or I was fighting to talk through the loud wind. Vince was yearning his ribs and had 3 servings of it. Apparently, a lady took over the guy's place and she was assuming that I was helping Vince eat the ribs so she added tax (St Maarteen is duty free). We ended to tip her with the tax-argh.
