Japanese restaurant owned by Chinese. Celeste and I made it to the lunch special by 2 minutes - score! The place is a decent size and nicely decorated. The place is very quiet on a Saturday afternoon. The service was nice - she offered us complimentary fried chickens over rice noodle - it was sweet but I don't eat chicken. Price was very reasonably. My tummy was very satisfied and full.
