I went to Stamford for dinner on a Friday night with my boyfriend. Stamford has some good ethic restaurants from Italian, Mexican, Indian and much more. It is by a movie theater so after dinner, you can go straight for a good flick.
I decided to go to Meera. I had a sudden urge for Indian food. The atmosphere is homey. It's dim but enough light to see the menu. The walls are decorated with beautiful paintings and relif artwork. The food is decent price and very delicious.
I ordered Eggplants and potatoes with house spices and my boyfriend ordered Lamb with house spices. And of course Samosa and roti as appetizers. The servers were amiable and made us feel welcome.
